Claudiu Murgan graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Computer and Automation University in 1994. After graduation he worked for Deloitte & Touche on a 6 month Public Relations campaign being in charge of a one million dollar budget and reporting directly to a Washington D.C. based company. At the end of the contract, he founded his own Public Relations Company, BDR Associates, gaining world class clients such as Monsanto, USAID, Deloitte & Touche, and The Romanian Foreign Bank. When he immigrated to Canada in 1997, he sold his ownership in the company.

While in Canada, he worked for companies such as Royal Bank of Canada and Mercer Human Resource Consulting in various IT positions. In parallel in 2001, he founded a Web Consulting firm; Shinyboots Consulting, undertaking projects from web designs to complex web based applications. He managed all the aspects of the business including working remotely with two teams of four in Romania. The company was sold in 2005, shortly after getting involved in the renewable energy industry. From 2002-2004 he attended the post-graduate Strategic e-Business Management courses organized by University of Toronto.

Since he joined SEC in April 2006, he has identified several properties which fit our business model and which can generate revenue in the range of $80,000,000. He is actively involved in other projects outside the Real Estate field, projects which will increase both the local and international exposure and the value of our group.
