The purpose of creating this Global Deal Making Group is to invite members who have the social entrepreneurial attributes, lateral thinking, and intellectual capability, corporate and commercial experience. GDMG members will mentor and be able to participate in designing and building blueprint and road map to create multi billion dollar enterprises.
The objective of GDMG will be in Originating Mega Deals by identifying intrinsic assets (IA) in public listed companies (small, medium, large) on various stock exchanges around the world. Than turn the IA into financial values (FV) using various wealth creation models such as carve out, spin-in or spin-off separate entities, arbitrage them into wealth by blending, integrating, knitting and weaving various forms of assets with social attributes utilizing the global capital markets platform.
We plan to build GDMG strength to jointly underwrite IPO’s for such IA in friendly public listed companies to turn them into FV in friendly partnership to increase parent company shareholders value by listing these new entities on various global stock exchanges.
As sponsor of this group I have personally identified over $ 50 billion worth intellectual assets in various public listed companies and would be glad to share the deals with other members when GDMG platform is intellectually strengthen.
