The Shroff family is working on a very exciting global Social entrepreneurship project which is supported by our own resources of time, experience, attitude and money.

Our project, mission, goal and objectives are based on our own belief system and will receive its share of criticism. We believe constructive criticism should be respected as it helps build superior motivation to excel, will generate intellectual stimulus, provide new dimension and dynamics to move and improve upon it.

We invite from all over the world friends of social cause and philanthropy to review and provide their critical analysis so that we may improve the implementation strategy.

We are attempting to get this message across globally to financial institutions, for profit enterprises and not for profit community, friends and professionals whose understanding, wisdom, knowledge and guidance will help us to avoid mistakes and learn from their experiences without reinventing the wheel.

This project involves comprehensively analyzing globally several laws and insight of Real Estate Investment Trusts laws, Cross Boarder Taxation, Corporate Laws, Capital/Stock Market regulations, mergers/acquisitions laws, global investment/merchant banking processes, finance and corporate structuring, stock exchange challenges. The need is to synergistically club them intellectually, commercially and socially to create a common NOT FOR PROFIT public listed platform that calibrates following global assets: physical, financial, social and intellectual.

• The Shroff’s family wishes to organize a philanthropic project with their own capital resources. Its objectives will be to combine commerce and social giving to develop Social Entrepreneurship program. The SE program will disseminate information on how to create self sustaining entities for planned giving. The Shroff will assist various social enterprises and institutions already identified who are working globally to assist countries and communities in the Social Entrepreneurship and micro-credit arena.

• The Shroff will assist these social institutions to participate in various social entrepreneurial projects by providing them seed capital as equity, insight, new mindset, global comprehension, a social entrepreneurship structure, self-sustaining operation and revenue models, knowledge and intellectual resources through their foundation on the philosophy to utilize existing resources, enhance values in them and avoid reinventing the wheel.

• The Shroff plan to achieve their objectives through formation of a non-profit entity i.e. FOUNDATION FOR SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP which will have bequest of dividend income from stocks of public listed companies and private businesses owned and built by the family members through their assets globally.

• The Shroff’s value the portfolio to be created and managed by this foundation will be substantial 10 figures. The bequest dividend income expected would be in eight figures.

• The Shroff’s owns a portfolio consisting of assets both tangible and intellectual including, private, personal, proprietary business models, several prime land banks to develop international projects, services, products, social wealth originating plans billion dollar blueprints and universal assets. They plan to turn these assets into Social Entrepreneurial entities in partnership with major public listed companies globally.

• The Shroff’s will achieve these through arrangement to merge their assets into public listed. They will underwrite the secondary offering if necessary to meet the need of spin-off to manage the international side of the business.

• The Shroff’s invite professional executives and teams to share in their vision to achieve their objectives as their partner in creating public listed social entrepreneurial entities. The entities will be socially and ethically conscious and conscience to the education, economic, environmental and ecological needs of the society. The professionals will provide practical input through previous case scenarios and best practices available in social sector before implementation. The Shroff with the team will be responsible to provide critical analysis on the concept as well as research, document and carry an audit on the viability and successful implementation of this social entrepreneurial plan. The Shroff welcome professional individuals and organization with profit and non profit strong background to provide expertise in their SE ventures.

• The Shroff’s welcome seasoned and experienced professional with experience in accounting formation, consolidation and structuring of private tangible and non tangible assets into tradable stocks and securities of public listed companies in USA, Canada and England. Some multi-unit and franchising knowledge will be an added advantage to this social gameplan.

• The Shroff’s are strong advocate and practice saving and sharing incentives and would be happy to negotiate an equitable compensation and reward with socially conscious and friendly professional individuals and organizations.
